ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS: To ensure high quality print, vector artwork is preferred. Accepted file types are: .AI, .EPS, vectorized .PDF, and .SVG

E-PROOF: Digital proofs are provided within 1 to 2 business days at no charge. Revisions will be billed at $40.00 per revision. Please note that E-proofs are an approximate representation of the finished product. There may be slight variations
PRODUCTION TIME: Beer City Glass strives to meet or exceed the following production times whenever possible:
- Screen Printing and/or etching: 10 – 14 business days after quote approval
- Labeled or Sleeved Cans: 2.5 – 3 weeks after quote approval
- Brite Cans: 2 – 3 days after quote approval
PRICING: Pricing is subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for options such as, wrap print , color/sku changes per order, matte/gloss specifications, etc. Beer City will make sure all charges are clearly explained and represented on your quote prior to approval.
SHIPPING: Pricing shown on website does not include shipping charges. Shipping rates may fluctuate, however, we will do our best to quote shipping charges as closely as possible at the time your order is placed. Please let us know if you require any accessorial services, such as, delivery appointment, lift gate service, inside delivery, residential delivery, etc. prior to approving your quote. Additional shipping charges, after delivery, will be forwarded to customer if not disclosed in advance.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING: While we take extra precautions to protect your order in shipping, accidents do happen and you may incur some damage or loss in the shipping process. Please make sure to follow these steps when receiving your shipment. Count boxes/cases to ensure quantity received, inspect pallet for any damage, note in detail any damage you can see on the BOL, take pictures of damage if able to. A signed BOL with no damage documented is considered approval that order was delivered without any damage or loss. Due to their fragile nature, can orders can incur up to 3% damage during transit.
CUSTOMER PROVIDED WARE: If a customer provides glassware or stainless to be imprinted or etched please be aware that Beer City Glass cannot guarantee ink adhesion or etching capability on items we have not vetted for quality/adhesion. Beer City Glass will not be responsible for breakage or damage to customer provided items.
STORAGE: We kindly ask that customers make pickup arrangements within 3 weeks following order completion. Orders that remain unclaimed for 1 month or more may be subject to storage/warehousing fees.
